A UAE resident since 1999, Rajiv Manohar Ghanekar brings senior-level expertise across real estate brokerage, project sales, mortgage financing, and investment advisory. He began his real estate career in 2004 with Emaar Properties, where he spent five years gaining valuable exposure to large-scale developments.
Rajiv later expanded his experience through mortgage financing and distressed asset investments with RAKBANK, followed by running his own brokerage in collaboration with Fine & Country International and Keller Williams Real Estate. In 2021, he joined Sotheby’s International Realty, where he worked on landmark developments such as Atlantis The Royal, One Za’abeel, and SO Uptown.
Currently associated with Indus Real Estate, Rajiv focuses on exclusive client engagements and strategic advisory. Holding an MBA from Hult International Business School (USA), he combines financial insight with market expertise to support high-value and complex client portfolios.
